Dr. Andreas Audretsch

In his recent capacity, Andreas Audretsch worked as a deputy spokesman at the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Prior to this he was a spokesperson in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy led by Minister Sigmar Gabriel and worked for several Members of the German Parliament. He has a professional background in journalism. He has worked for Deutschlandradio, RBB and WDR, to name a few. Andreas Audretsch studied Politics, Journalism and Sociology and did his PhD at the Faculty of Economics and Social Science, University of Potsdam. His voluntary political engagement includes being a member of the board of the Bündnis90/Die Grünen party for the State of Berlin.
