Lucas was Project Assistant at Das Progressive Center between May 2017 and August 2018. Previously he studied political science with a focus on international cultural policy and cultural management at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence. Volunteered in various cultural associations.
