Benedikt Weingärtner

Benedikt was Project Manager at Das Progressive Zentrum. He studied German-French Studies in Regensburg and Clermont-Ferrand as Bachelor, International Relations at the Universities of Eichstätt and Lisbon as Master and “EU International Relations & Diplomacy Studies” at the College of Europe in Bruges as Post-Graduate Master. Specialized in global and EU trade policy, geoeconomics, and European foreign and security policy during his studies. He gained practical experience at the SWP in Berlin, the FES in Lisbon, the AHK in Casablanca and the representations of the Free State of Bavaria in Brussels and Montréal. Benedikt was involved in the process of “Dialogue on Europe” since the beginning of the project, but also worked on other European projects at Das Progressive Zentrum.
