Founding Chairman from 2007-2019

Tobias Dürr is one of the founding board members of Das Progressive Zentrum and was chairman of the think tank until December 2019. He works as a political scientist, publicist, author, speechwriter and political consultant. From 2001 to 2017, he was editor-in-chief of the Berliner Republik magazine in Berlin. Previously a university lecturer and political and essay editor for the weekly newspaper “Die Zeit”.
