Manuel was Project Manager at Das Progressive Zentrum from 2015 to 2018. He studied political management at the NRW School of Governance in Duisburg, Germany, and focused on programmatic issues in European party families as part of his final thesis. Before joining the Progressive Zentrum, Manuel gained practical experience in the German Bundestag, the Hessian State Parliament, the European Parliament and the Federal Ministry of Economics. He is the federal chairman of the Young European Federalists.
