Prof. Lisa Herzog

Lisa Herzog is a philosopher and social scientist. Since 2019, she has been Professor of Political Philosophy at the Center for Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Groningen. From 2016 to 2019 she was Professor of Political Philosophy and Theory at the Technical University of Munich. She studied economics at LMU Munich and philosophy and political theory at the University of Oxford. In 2019, she was awarded the Tractatus Prize and the German Prize for Philosophy and Social Ethics. Her current focus is on democracy in the workplace, professional ethics and the role of knowledge in democracies.
