Carl Schüppel

Carl Schüppel is a Project Manager and Expert in the Resilient Democracy program at Das Progressive Zentrum. His work focuses on democratic reforms and democratic infrastructure, such as “third places.” Previously, he served as a research fellow at the German Advisory Council on Scientific Integrity and as a Schuman Trainee with the European Parliament’s Committee on Petitions. He also co-founded the European student initiative Erasmus by Train. He completed his studies in law, history, and European politics in Berlin, Potsdam, Granada, Prague, Leiden, and Barcelona.
