Lamia Messari-Becker is a civil engineer and has been Professor of Building Technology and Building Physics at the University of Siegen since 2013. From 2016 to 2020, she was also a member of the German government’s Expert Council on the Environment. Lamia Messari-Becker she is part of the expert group Zukunft Bau of the Federal Ministry for the Environment and Nature Conservation as well as a member of the international Club of Rome.
