Sarah Theresa Fischer

Sarah was a Project Assistant at Das Progressive Zentrum from 2013 to 2014. She is studying Politics and Communication at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Her research focuses on political communication, internet governance and “cyber security”. In her master’s thesis, she addressed the handling of extremism on the Internet and the resulting surveillance practices in Germany. Previously studied Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University College Maastricht and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Already gained practical experience at the Progressive Center, IFOK GmbH and the Institute for Media and Communication Policy.
