Prof. Dr. Kathleen Thelen

Kathleen Thelen is Ford Professor of Political Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Permanent External Scientific Member of the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne and a member of the Advisory Council of „Das Progressive Zentrum“. She was a Visiting Professor at Sciences Po in Paris, a Research Fellow at the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung and a Senior Research Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford. She studied Political Science at the University of Kansas and the University of California, Berkely.
