Moritz Otto

Moritz was a project assistant in the communications team of Das Progressive Zentrum. He graduated from Leiden University College The Hague with a Bachelor in World Politics. Through his interdisciplinary studies, Moritz gained insight into the global challenges of our time, focusing on critical theories. For his Bachelor’s thesis, he explored the concept of global citizenship through critical discourse analysis, and as part of a research clinic, he worked on a proposal for decolonising the teaching and learning of International Relations. Before joining Das Progressive Zentrum, Moritz was active as an editor for the student research journal MEDUSA and as the regional speaker for the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
