Isabelle Maras
Visiting Fellow
Isabelle Maras is an expert in support of external relations and partnerships at the Franco-German University (DFH-UFA) and a Senior Fellow at the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE). At das Progressive Zentrum, she is a Visiting Fellow in International Relations. Previously, she was a project manager in the field of “European Dialogue” as an international expert for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Genshagen Foundation. Isabelle studied in Lyon, Frankfurt, and Brussels and has extensive experience in research and practice on Franco-German relations, EU foreign policy, and European security and defense policy.
