Florian Bauer

Alumnus

Florian Bauer was a Project Assistant and has written his master’s thesis on accelerating wind power development in Germany; he was also helping to organize the Progressive Governance Summit. He pursued a double master in European Governance (Utrecht) and Politics and Public Administration (Konstanz) and completed his bachelor in Philosophy, Politics & Economics at Witten/Herdecke University. He is particularly interested in socially just climate transformation and innovative forms of citizen participation. Florian previously worked at the Representation of the European Commission in Bonn, in Ralf Kapschack’s Bundestag office, and as a working student at the citizen participation consultancy translake GmbH.
