Roger Liddle is Member of the House of Lords, a pro-chancellor of the University of Lancaster and chair of the British partner think tank Policy Network and former Special Adviser on European matters to Prime Minister Tony Blair and President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso. Roger Liddle is also member of the Circle of Friends of Das Progressive Zentrum.
