Dr. Oliver Geden

Dr. Oliver Geden is Head of the Climate Policy Research Cluster at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). He is also a Research Fellow at the Institute for Science, Innovation and Society (InSIS) at Oxford University and at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) in Vienna. Geden was lead author of the IPCC’s 6th Assessment Report, both for the mitigation report and the final synthesis report. His work focuses on EU climate policy and CO2 removal from the atmosphere.
