Dr. Frans Becker is a political scientist and member of the Circle of Friends of Das Progressive Zentrum. The Dutchman was vice chairman of the Wiardi Beckman Stichting in The Hague from 1994 to 2014. Previously, he taught at the Institute of Political Science at the University of Amsterdam and was head of the education policy department of the PvdA.
