The Institut Spraw Publicznych – Institute of Public Affairs (Warsaw) is an independent and non-partisan Polish think tank for public policy topics. It was established in 1995 with the goal to support reforms of modernization and to build a platform for debates. It publishes academic studies and gives recommendations for action on the topics of European policy, social policy, civil society, migration and development policy as well as law and democratic institutions.
