About Francesco

Francesco is a Fellow at the London School of Economics. He teaches and carries on research in the Department of Management, where he focuses on e-government and ICT-based public policies. Previously, he served as a strategic advisor to the Minister of Europe in the Italian Government (2014-18). He holds a PhD from Rome Tor Vergata in Enterprise Engineering and a MA from Rome – LUISS in International Public Affairs.
