Call for students! Focus Discussions on the perception of the European Union

Join our European Breakfast or Lunch Discussion and talk the EU through!

We often hear that “Brussels is too far away” from the EU citizens – but is it? What does the EU mean to you? We are looking for young people who study in Germany to join focus group discussions and tell us what they think of the European Union!

Within the EUact project, we aim to encourage active engagement of citizens in the decision-making process and offer bottom-up recommendations to EU policymakers by conducting focus group interviews, organising public debates as well as drafting policies and practical solutions with young leaders’ involvement.

If you are a student in Germany*, we want your opinions!

Tell us what you think about the notion of EU citizenship, the meaning of active citizen engagement, your hopes and concerns – both positive and negative. Your opinions will be anonymised and feed into a general report reflecting the views of young people in Germany on European issues that will be presented and hand-delivered to relevant EU policymakers in Brussels in the fall of 2019.

Tell us what you think during our:
