At Das Progressive Zentrum, Lea Deworetzki coordinated the project Future Agenda for East-Central Europe. Since November 2014, she has been a program associate at the Robert Bosch Center for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). She directs the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler College for Good Governance, a program of the Robert Bosch Stiftung in cooperation with the DGAP that targets young leaders from Eastern Europe and Turkey. Lea Deworetzki studied Social Sciences in Düsseldorf and Brussels as well as International Relations in Berlin. She then worked for members of the state parliament in North Rhine-Westphalia. She has also lectured at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and taught on international organizations.
