Gustav A. Horn



Gustav A. Horn studied at the University of Bonn and at the London School of Economics. He obtained his PhD at the Technical University Berlin. Since 2005 he has been scientific director of the newly established Institute for Macroeconomics and and Economic Research (IMK) of the Hans Böckler Foundation. In 2007 he became adjunct professor at the University of Flensburg and in 2012 at the University of Duisburg-Essen. From 2010-2016 he was head of the Chamber for Social Order at the EKD, since 2016 he has remained an active member. Since 2016 he has been a Research Fellow at the DG ECFIN of the European Commission.
