How would the politics of a new progressive era look like? Over 100 leading and aspiring academics, activists and decision-makers pursued this question at the Progressive Governance Symposium 2017. After hosting conferences in places as geographically as well as culturally versatile as Santiago, London and Copenhagen, the Progressive Governance event series came to Berlin on 3 July 2017. This time the focus of the discussions laid on social justice and measures to strengthen democracy. Amongst the discussants were Norman Birnbaum, Franziska Brantner, Sawsan Chebli, Colin Crouch, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, Henrik Enderlein, Marcel Fratzscher, Anke Hassel and Jean Pisani-Ferry. Please find the complete program of the Progressive Governance Symposiums here.
